Dantoonie - The Search Begins

Dantooine, a good deal of time had passed since Terand last visited the planet. The last time he was here, a small settlement was left in ruins by slavers out to capture the Jedi Knight. Terand had managed to thwart the slavers, but not without losing several lives in the process. Civilians died in the cross fire all because of him, and it wasn't because he was a Jedi. Since then, Terand had accepted the consequences of his actions and would make sure to finish a job off before moving onto the next.

As the YT-1930 ship entered the atmosphere, Terand began to recall his last visit. A lot had happen since then. The Jedi were now scattered throughout the Galaxy. Terand's goal was to Reestablish the Jedi Order with a new base. All that was needed was to find some Jedi and Dantooine seemed like the best place to start. It was possible some Jedi was lingering around the enclave. The ship landed near the enclave and the loading ramp lowered.

Terand made his way down the loading ramp in a new attire he made. Rather than his usual civilian attire, he wore an electromesh body armor covered by a long flowing tabard that reached down to his knees. dual holsters were strapped to his thighs rather than attached to the utility belt wrapped around his waist, and over the tabard, where his katana hilt like lightsabers hung. To finish his new look, phrik vambraces covered his arms while matching shin guards accompanied his leather boots. With is hood up and covering his face, Terand ventured forth into the enclave.

Watching from atop a nearby hill, Ket Jia’s eyes followed the freighter across the sky to its resting place before the jedi temple. As Terand stepped from the loading ramp, Ket caught a glimps of the familiar face beneath the robe. Deeming it safe to approach, Ket walked leisurely down the hill towards the enclave.

An abandoned enclave, overtaken by vegetation, and beaten down over the years to a hint of its former glory. But Ket preferred its natural state, where it looked as if it had grown up from the ground rather then built by steel and machine. It was something he wanted to keep with the jedi… rather then rebuild it, much with his feelings on the coruscant temple. What damage they would bring when the sith were alerted to the jedi’s rebuilt temple.

This enclave though, was soothing, and ignored by most modern sith… making it a home for the jedi master. And so, stepping in the jedi master followed Terand to the central room, before speaking.

“Terand…”

(gouges eyes out after writing that)

Terand twirled around to face the Jedi Master. It looked like checking Dantooine proved a success for finding a Jedi, and a Master at that. Perhaps the task wouldn't prove so difficult after all. Removing his hood, Terand bowed his head slightly in a show of respect to the Jedi Master and raised back up.

"Master Jia. It's good to know there are still some Jedi around."
